An aromatic blend of Indian Spices minus the heat. Excellent for flavouring many dishes not restricted to Indian cuisine.

Food pairings: Biryani, daal, Curries, Vegetables, Snacks like Samosas, Paneer, chicken, Lamb, Kebabs etc.

Ingredients: Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Black Cumin, Black Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, Green Cardamom, Cloves,  Stone Flower, Mace, Star Anise, Fennel, Nutmeg, Salt.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool and dry place.
